Ed Gross serves as Senior Entertainment Editor at WomansWorld.com and FirstForWomen.com, where he focuses on Classic TV and Film. For the past 40+ years he has taken a lifelong passion for those mediums and turned it into a career as an entertainment journalist. He’s served as Executive Editor of Movie Magic, Life Story and Film Fantasy magazines, Senior Editor of Geek Monthly, CFQ, Cinescape and Femme Fatales magazines, and New York Correspondent for Starlog and Fangoria magazines.  Online, he was Editor US, empireonline.com and Film/TV Editor for CloserWeekly.com, InTouchWeekly.com and LifeandStyleMag.com. Additionally, he has written numerous non-fiction books and one novel over the past 35 years, among them Voices from Krypton: The Unofficial Oral History of Superman (2023, Nacelle Books), They Shouldn’t Have Killed His Dog: The Unofficial Oral History of John Wick (2022, St. Martin’s Press), Secrets of the Force: The Unofficial Oral History of Star Wars (2021, St. Martin’s Press), Nobody Does It Better: The Unofficial Oral History of James Bond (2020, Tor Books), the two volume The Fifty-Year Mission: The Unofficial Oral History of Star Trek (2016, St. Martin’s Press), and, with L. Frank Baum, Fleischer and the Wonderful Wizard of Oz. You could say he enjoys writing.
