Allison also has a passion for telling the stories of the many amazing women who’ve used these tips and strategies to transform their bodies and their health—from celebrities and bestselling authors to everyday women like Arizona social worker Amy Sather, who used a smart snacking strategy to drive her 217-pound weight loss. Allison has a degree in journalism from Temple University in Philadelphia, where she served as the editor-in-chief of the award-winning magazine PhiladelphiaPEOPLE and the entertainment editor of the Temple News. She has lived most of her life New York City and Chicago.
