This recipe is fun because it invites creativity. You can add just about anything to these little buns, including olives, mushrooms, Italian sausage, ham, Jalapenos, chickpeas, and pineapple. The list of combinations is endless. If you wanted to do a BBQ chicken version, all you’d need to do is replace the tomato sauce with BBQ sauce and presto! You’ve got a brand new dish. And if your kids want to help, they can. Just give them their own buns and let the artistic juices flow. If you’re worried about portion size, Ozery Bakery also offers smaller, bite-sized sliders.

Unlike canned pizza dough, Ozery Bakery’s OneBun pre-sliced sandwich buns are non-GMO, free of artificial preservatives, and are a great source of fiber.
