Jane Seymour Reveals Her Secrets to Youthful Radiance and Vibrant Health at 67

In the latest issue of First for Women, legendary actress, jewelry designer, and grandmother Jane Seymour — who shows no signs of slowing down anytime soon — offers up what it takes for her to stay slim, calm, and radiant. “I’m always creating something new. I just can’t stop… I tend to be even more creative now because I feel I have more to offer,” says the 67-year-old beauty. Jane also shares that she has discovered an unexpected appreciation for getting older: a new sense of self-assurance. “I feel much more confident in myself now. I’m okay being myself, being my age, being who I am.”

Jane wards off wrinkles with daily exfoliation. “I’ve always been a big believer in cleaning and exfoliating skin — whether it’s my face or my body,” Jane says. There’s nothing like carefully scrubbing off the dead skin and all the dirt and grime if you’re living in the city.”

Another way Jane finds her center is by picking fresh flowers. “And I always make beautiful flower arrangements to set out on the table and around the house. That really helps calm me,” she says.

Super juice blends help to optimize her health. “I try to get all my vitamins from actual fresh food, says Jane. “I have a green juice every morning that’s made with kale, celery, green apple, and carrots.”
