Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and while you’re probably making the classic dishes your family loves every year, it’s fun to mix things things up with some festive decorations. You can add extra helpings of wow to your holiday feast with the simply stunning harvest accents and effortless extras below.

The key to a welcoming Thanksgiving table that’s equal parts rustic and chic: layering fresh-picked touches and natural textured accents in an array of harvest-happy hues. Here, a wooden table is topped with pretty patterned dinnerware in a range of shades — from golden to cranberry — that echo the changing fall leaves outside. Rose hips and holly berries turn simple candle cups into lovely luminaries — in minutes! 

To do: For each, sprinkle a handful of rose hips and holly berries in the bottom of a candle cup or a small jar. Thread floral wire through rose hips and berries, then twist the wire around the rim of the jar. Pop in a battery-operated votive.
