Don’t have vinegar you can use for cleaning? Other people recommend getting your cookie sheet wet, sprinkling on baking soda until it turns into a sort of rough paste, and then scrubbing your baking sheet with a ball of aluminum foil. We haven’t tried this method, but some people swear by it.
