In a HomeGoods Bathroom, Thankful Woman Finds Diapers, Wipes, and a Mysterious Note
Parents looking out for other parents–what’s better than that? As one woman on Instagram, Christina, points out, not much! In fact, especially at this time of year, paying forward is what it’s all about–whether that means advice, kindness, or even… diapers.
Yes, someone at a HomeGoods store in Solana Beach, CA, decided to leave behind a gift of diapers and wipes (a survival kit for any young parent, if we’ve ever heard of one!) in a random bathroom stall for others to use. There was also a sweet note to explain the gesture.
“I once found myself in this exact same spot with a newborn with a crazy blowout and NO DIAPERS or WIPES… Just in case you have found yourself in the same sort of pickle, I brought in some wipes and diapers to save the day. Good luck out there!” wrote someone named Sarah, in a note that’s now being shared all over the Internet.
Christina, who reportedly found the kind note but doesn’t have kids of her own, was still touched by the spirit behind it all and decided to snap the photo.
Such a good idea, isn’t it?
