Paige DeSorbo is getting candid about her feminine health.

On Monday, February 23, the Summer House alum, 33, appeared as a guest on Rachel Bilson and Olivia Allen’s Broad Ideas podcast and revealed she gets frequent urinary tract infections.

“I also get so many UTIs, like chronic UTIs, so if I ever slept with someone and got a UTI, I was like, ‘I’m sorry, we’re not compatible,’” she joked.

However, DeSorbo said she has been doing better, crediting the supplements she’s taking.

“My most recent thing that I have been doing is I take a cranberry supplement twice a day, and then I take an oregano supplement,” she explained. “And I’m usually on a pretty — like, every four months I’ll get one, and like February I should get one, but I haven’t yet. I don’t want to jinx it, but also like, I’m trying this new regimen out.”

The Giggly Squad podcast host further noted that her UTIs have changed as she’s aged.

“I’ll have girls that DM me that have never had a UTI before in their lives, and they’ll be like, ‘Is this just a normal thing that you’re walking around with during the day?’ And I’m like, ‘They are so debilitating,’” she admitted. “In college, I used to be able to go to class, go to do whatever, and then as I got older, they would truly debilitate [me]. I wouldn’t be able to move off of the toilet literally, I’d have to pee every four seconds.”

Also in the episode, DeSorbo discussed her decision to freeze her eggs, which came after she split from her boyfriend, Craig Conover, in 2024.

“I froze my eggs this year. I’m a big proponent of freezing your eggs,” she remarked. “I just feel like — even if it doesn’t work or something happens, it did give me a peace of mind immediately when I went and did it.”

DeSorbo said that when she went through the process, her doctors could see when she was “most fertile,” noting that for most women it’s between 21 and 25 years old.

“And so I’m like, well, why wouldn’t anyone say, ‘hey, freeze your eggs now, then you won’t have to think about it for like 15 years,’” she pointed out.
