Eight months ago Arielle Calderon was 85 pounds heavier. A yo-yo dieter all her life, her biggest mistakes were cutting out all the foods she loved, plus counting and restricting calories.

So in May 2015 Calderon started Weight Watchers. And eating breakfast. This made-at-home omelette is stuffed with chicken sausage, cheese, and mushrooms. Yum!

Running

Calderon had always hated the gym. So she walked everywhere instead. When the walking became easier, she started running. She was SO proud when she ran six miles!

She also started cooking more meals at home instead of always ordering out. She taught herself to cook through YouTube videos! And she still eats carbs--like this delicious flatbread pizza.
