S’mores Iced Coffee Combines the Best of Both Worlds Into a Sweet and Decadent Sip: Easy 5-Minute Recipe

We've also included a simple method for making a thick and frosty frappuccino-style drink!

When you need your cold caffeine fix, sipping iced coffee is a no-brainer. But, to add a touch of decadence to your java routine, make s’mores iced coffee instead. This sip combines the nutty coffee with sweet chocolate syrup, toasted marshmallows and graham crackers. It’s a campfire meets coffee shop drink that comes together in five minutes. Read on for a delicious s’mores iced coffee recipe worth making soon!

The ingredients in s’mores iced coffee

This coffee drink starts by lining a glass with marshmallow fluff and graham cracker crumbs. Then, brewed coffee, milk and ice cubes are added to glass and stirred to create the ice coffee base. The drink is topped with whipped cream, chocolate syrup and a toasted marshmallow before it’s served. It offers the best of both worlds as it’s sweet and decadent like s’mores with a smooth and creamy consistency thanks to the iced coffee. You can find this drink sold at popular coffee chains like Dunkin’, but it’s just as easy to make at home in five minutes.

Easy trick for a stronger iced coffee

It’s hard to imagine iced coffee without ice, however, it typically waters down the drink if you don’t sip it right away. So, to create a drink that stays cold and maintains its flavor, use coffee cubes. These cubes are made by freezing brewed coffee in an ice cube tray until solid. You can then add your desired amount of cubes to the drink. Since these frozen cubes only contain coffee, they’ll give the drink an extra java boost as they melt — a win-win.

Just make sure the coffee is cool before assembling the drink. Additionally, preparing a tasty cup of joe is a breeze with the help of high-quality beans like Cafe Grumpy’s Heartbreaker Espresso Beans. Ultimately, whipping up this s’mores-infused coffee drink is a great option the next time you’re craving dessert in a glass!
