What is pumpkin cookie dough?

Although ingredients for this cookie dough vary based on the recipe, pumpkin pie spice and/or pumpkin puree are often used to infuse the mixture with fall essence. Add-ins like chocolate chips or chopped nuts are great to include in this cookie dough for extra crunch. While this flavored cookie dough is typically sold in stores as fall approaches, you can whip up your own batch any time of the year using pantry staples.

Can you eat raw cookie dough?

It’s also best to use the freshest ingredients possible for edible pumpkin cookie dough for flavorful results.

Is homemade cookie dough healthier than store-bought?

Whipping up edible cookie dough from scratch is a better choice if you want to avoid artificial ingredients and preservatives.
