Make these soothing seasonal sips.

Boosts Immunity

Pumpkin is brimming with beta-carotene, a plant pigment that’s been shown to boost immune function. This is because beta-carotene converts into vitamin A in your body, which is a key vitamin for strengthening your immune system.

Ushers in Joy

Enjoying a creamy pumpkin sip may help you feel happier. That’s because compounds in the fruit including carotenoids help ease inflammatory responses that are often linked with depressive symptoms.
