5 ‘White Lotus’ Finale Predictions Fans Can’t Stop Debating—the Fruit Smoothie Theory is Wild!
From smoothie sabotage to monkey mayhem, here’s what fans think is coming in this weekend’s finale
With the final episode of The White Lotus Season 3 premiering on Sunday, April 6, fans are anxiously anticipating what might happen to the characters we’ve gotten to know over the course of these last seven episodes. For the Ratliffs, this lorazepam-fueled family trip has been far from relaxing for each and every member, specifically patriarch Timothy. Chelsea and Rick have been fighting their own battles, with the optimistic Chelsea going head-to-head with her uninterested beau for the entirety of the show. Meanwhile, Belinda has finally had her long-awaited confrontation with Greg, and Gaitok has narrowed down who the men behind the robbery were. As for the three ladies, things remain tense since Jaclyn slept with Valentin.Â
As for what’s to come in the finale, all we truly know is that someone (or more than one person) is going to die—who, when, how and where remains a mystery. While we can hypothesize who will meet their end and what might happen to each character, we’ve known The White Lotus to throw us a curveball. Here, take a look at some of our favorite White Lotus fan theories about the show’s finale—and let us know any of your own in the comments!
Chelsea meets her end in the final episode?

From the very start, Chelsea, the kind-hearted optimist who constantly chooses to see the good in people, has been expressing her belief that bad things come in threes—and taking a look at her track record, it looks as though she might be in store for her final strike. First, she was present when the robbery took place at the hotel, and not long after, she was bitten by a poisonous snake. After two brushes with death, fans are worried about her fate.Â
The fruit smoothie
At the beginning of the season, Pam, one of the employees at The White Lotus, warns the Ratliffs not to eat the poisonous fruit off the nearby tree. In the preview for the upcoming episode, Timothy is shown asking about it and inspecting it, leading many to believe it will play a role in the finale. A popular theory ties the fruit into Saxon’s protein shakes he’s seen making throughout the show. Many hypothesize that while Timothy might make the smoothie to kill himself, one of his family members will drink it by accident.Â

Mook gets caught in the middle
Gaitok has been pining over Mook for quite some time now, and after expressing to her that he doesn’t have the killer instinct needed to progress in his career, many believe he’s going to try and prove himself by confronting Valentin and his pals, who were revealed to be responsible for the robbery. However, in proving his bravery, some have speculated that Mook will get caught in the crossfire.
Belinda and Greg’s relationship comes to a head

After Greg offers Belinda $100,000 to kickstart her new business (and keep quiet regarding his whereabouts), she’s left unsure and needs time to think. At the moment, it seems as though she’s going with her gut instincts to turn down his offer—making her a loose end that could threaten his new life.Â
Death by monkey
One of the most popular theories since the very beginning of this season is that the person behind the gunshots isn’t a person at all—it’s a monkey. The monkeys at this resort have been making their presence known from the start, and with how easy it was for Timothy to steal the gun right out from under Gaitok, what’s stopping one of these residents?
