1. A Dozen Stray Kittens Flock To This Man After He Tries to Rescue Just One
This story is sure to warm your heart — especially if you like cats. Recently, a man from Louisiana stopped by the side of the road to help a stray kitten. Little did he know, picking up the first kitten would send about a dozen others trotting his way in an adorable stream.
Thankfully, he was able to take them all to his home and care for them. After posting about the moment on social media, he received thousands of adoption offers – and he’s now preparing the kittens for their new homes.

2. 94-Year-Old NJ Crossing Guard Receives a Special Retirement Celebration
Cherry Hill, NJ native Claire Bauman began her career as a crossing guard for Horace Mann Elementary School in 1965. For 57 years, she’s kept three generations of the school’s students safe as they walked to and from the building.
After decades of service, she retired earlier this month — and she received a special celebration from the students and faculty members on her last day.

Bauman was hired as a crossing guard by the Cherry Hill Police Department, who also recognized her hard work and devotion to her job.

3. Two Animals Befriend Each Other After One Faces Rejection
A friendship between two animals is usually enough to make anyone say “Aww!” In this case, you’ll be saying it about Beau (a lamb) and Max (a dog).
Beau’s mom rejected him — but fortunately, Max was there to save the day. He took in the little lamb himself, and the two animals have been best friends ever since.
