Reese Witherspoon Uses This $10 Eye Cream to Avoid Dark Circles, Fine Lines, and Puffiness
Most of us assume celebrities rely exclusively on pricey beauty products and procedures, but that’s not always the case.
For example, Reese Witherspoon’s makeup artist, Kelsey Deenihan, just revealed the super affordable secret weapon she uses on the actress to combat puffy eyes, dark circles, and fine lines: The Inkey List Caffeine Eye Cream (Buy at Sephora, $9.99). On top of keeping the skin under eyes smooth, Deenihan also claims it helps stop concealer from clumping and creasing.
The makeup artist spilled all the details in an Instagram post following Witherspoon’s recent appearance at the Emmy Awards. The eye cream was actually one of several products from the Inkey List that she used on the actress that night before applying any makeup — and each one is just as budget-friendly.
They started off prepping Witherspoon’s face with the Inkey List’s Hyaluronic Acid Serum (Buy at Sephora, $7.99), which Deenihan explains helps to “hydrate and plump skin.” They followed that with “a few drops” of their Q10 Serum (Buy at Sephora, $6.99) for a boost of antioxidants, then the company’s Peptide Moisturizer (Buy at Sephora, $14.99), and finished it all up with their Polyglutamic Acid Serum (Buy at Sephora, $14.99). Deenihan called the last item “the perfect makeup base or primer to lock in moisture.”
