John Stamos Posts Cutest New Selfie for His Son Billy’s 2-Month Birthday
After becoming a first-time dad, John Stamos can’t stop gushing about his baby son, Billy. Stamos and his wife, Caitlin McHugh, previously welcomed Billy into the world two months ago — and the baby boy has since made quite a splash on Stamos’ Instagram page.
On June 14, the 54-year-old actor shared the cutest selfie of himself with his new baby. While planting a sweet kiss on Billy’s forehead, the former Full House star stared into the camera with more than adoration in his eyes. “Look at my son, pride is not the word I’m looking for,” Stamos captioned the pic. “There is so much more inside me now. When you smile, I fall apart.”
Stamos apparently already loves being a parent so much that he can’t wait to have more kids. Even though Billy was just born in April, Caitlin has also admitted she’s ready to welcome another child very soon — and next time, she’s hoping for a baby girl.
“I would love to give him a little girl,” the actress recently told Entertainment Tonight. “He comes so naturally to fatherhood, and I love watching it. I stare at the both of them all the time. [John is] 100-percent full-on active and fantastic… He’s perfect, he’s a perfect father. I can’t wait to give him more [kids].”
This June 17, the actor plans on celebrating Father’s Day thinking of his own dad and his new baby boy. “I’ve been writing Billy a letter that I’m putting away for him to read when he’s 18. I’ll probably continue writing that, and I’ll certainly try to honor my father,” Stamos recently revealed to People. This will be the actor’s first Father’s Day with his son and we can’t wait to see all the heartwarming pics to come.
