Jennifer Grey Shares Her Anti-Aging Secrets at 60 and Dishes on Upcoming ‘Dirty Dancing’ Sequel

Just like her Dirty Dancing character, there’s no putting Jennifer Grey in a corner. The actress spoke with FIRST about the anti-aging secrets that keep her feeling vibrant, healthy, and beautiful at 60 — and how we’ll see that reflected in the upcoming sequel to the beloved film.

“I want to look great and I want to feel great,” Grey tells us. “But the idea that we can feel good from the outside stuff, or from how people respond to us, is such a slippery slope because it’s an inside job.”

That’s why she’s partnered with Celltrient, a line of supplements that help boost our bodies from the most basic cellular level. “The way our bodies function is genius, [but] it needs all the help it can get, especially as we age,” Grey explains. “The cells just don’t communicate as well with each other.”

The company claims their products, which come in capsules or powdered drink mixes, can provide clinically proven nutrients that help with cellular strength, protection, and energy. Grey is a fan of the drinks, especially the Strength flavors (Buy on Amazon, $34.99), which she stirs up with plenty of water and a few slices of fresh lemons or limes. “I know what they’re doing for me, so when I’m drinking [them], I’m very aware of the science behind it,” she says. “I can feel my body light up.”

The supplements fit perfectly with Grey’s lifelong focus on health, wellness, and gratitude, on top of now doing everything she can to put off any inevitable age-related decline. With that in mind, she also emphasizes the importance of finding exercise and activities you love. Unsurprisingly, dancing is one of her favorites — including pole dancing. Grey says she fell in love with it after her winning stint on Dancing with the Stars.

“There’s something very magical [about it], there’s a transition of femininity that is so powerful that you can’t believe everyone isn’t doing this,” she tells us. The actress says she’s looking forward to heading to the dance studio once the pandemic is over. She compares the feeling to going “back to church.”

And although Grey doesn’t spill whether there will be any pole choreography in the new Dirty Dancing film, she says, “I’m hoping it will reflect that women are hot at every age and we have to keep loving our bodies — inside and out.” Can we get an amen? We’re sure no matter what moves Grey decides to show off in the flick, we’ll all be inspired to follow her lead.

In the meantime, we can try out Celltrient and hopefully feel the same energizing results as Grey. Just be sure to consult your doctor before adding new supplements to your daily routine!
