Grab your robes, broomsticks and wands—it’s time to head back to Hogwarts! But this time, every single witch, wizard, muggle or squib will be joined by one or more of the school’s most famous alumni. That’s right, Harry Potter fans—thanks to Cameo, you can purchase personalized videos from some of the film’s most iconic cast members. To learn which ones and how much they cost, keep scrolling!
What to know about the ‘Harry Potter’ Cameo videos
The videos available on Cameo feature stars like Tom Felton (Draco Malfoy), Bonnie Wright (Ginny Weasley), Miriam Margolyes (Professor Sprout) and James and Oliver Phelps (Fred and George Weasley). A few cast members from Fantastic Beasts, such as Dan Fogler (Jacob Kowalski), are also available.
Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson are not available for videos at the time of publication.
The price of videos varies, with the least expensive being $15 for Tiana Benjamin, who played Angelina Johnson. To no one’s surprise, Felton is the most expensive, with one video costing $599.
The videos you request can range from a roast for someone else, a birthday wish or a business promotion, and you can even ask the actors and actresses a question or for some advice. Most of them last about one minute, with 75 percent of the cost going to the talent and the other 25 percent going to Cameo.
Currently, though, the site is having a 9 ¾ percent off sale when you use the code MAGIC at checkout in an effort to help promote the new HBO Harry Potter remake. Details about that show are still in the works, but according to Jared Harris, son of the late Richard Harris, the original Dumbledore he thinks, “The films were fantastic—leave them alone.”
But, no matter how you feel about the remake, getting a video from the original cast is every fan’s dream.

If Hogwarts is your thing, the video company offers videos from people like William Daniels from Boy Meets World, Annie Potts from Young Sheldon, Didi Conn from Grease, Dule’ Hill from Psych and The West Wing, Lance Bass from NSYNC, Brian Baumgartner from The Office and Sarah Drew from Grey’s Anatomy.
“I’ve been having a blast sending you all messages, and I can’t wait to send more!” said Drew.
The actress also takes to social media to let her fans know where the money spent on a video goes. Most recently, Drew has teamed up with the Alzheimer’s Association, saying, “Tomorrow is #worldalzheimersday, and a few friends and I are DROPPING OUR @cameo PRICES for a limited time to raise money for @alzassociation…Every cent earned during this sale will go directly to fund Alzheimer’s research! According to the Cameo website, all of the celebrities mentioned above—including the Harry Potter stars—have a 24-hour response time
It does remain unclear how long certain celebrities will be available, but for people like Drew she has been on the website since 2020.
