In a world divided, McDonald’s supremacy in the fast food market is one thing most of us can agree on—and in a TV commercial shared by the fast food giant the day after The Academy Awards, one of the biggest nights in Hollywood, it’s safe to say that after a night of celebrating, there’s only one place to hit up for your morning recovery meal. The 30-second ad sets the scene at 9:41 in the morning, “Somewhere in Hollywood.” From there, a series of receipts list the breakfast orders of Hollywood’s most famous faces—and some of them might surprise you! See which morning munchies sound most appetizing, and which might just give you a toothache!

Which celebrity McDonald’s orders were included in the commercial?

Colman Domingo

The video starts out by listing the breakfast lineup of Colman Domingo, who was nominated at this year’s Oscars for Best Actor for his role in the film Sing Sing. The actor, who you might also recognize for his roles in series like Fear the Walking Dead and Euphoria, kicks off his morning with an Egg McMuffin meal, a bottle of water and a strawberry banana smoothie, complete with ketchup and strawberry preserves.

Teyana Taylor

The video continues with an order from singer and actress Teyana Taylor, who kicks off her day with hotcakes with egg and sausage, a McChicken Biscuit with cheese, an orange juice, complete with a side of strawberry preserves, butter and syrup.

Rosalía and Michael B. Jordan

Spanish singer Rosalía also was included in this lineup, and while you may have heard her music, the songstress is set to make her acting debut in the upcoming season of Euphoria. This multi-talent keeps her order simple with a bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle, a mango-pineapple smoothie and a mayo packet on the side. Michael B. Jordan similarly sticks to the classics with two egg McMuffins, two orders of hash browns and a side of strawberry preserves.

Keke Palmer and Idina Menzel

Keke Palmer keeps with the classics with an order of oatmeal with fruit and maple, as well as a hash brown. The advertisement also went on to reference an iconic pop culture fumble when it lists Idina Menzel’s McDonald’s order under the name “Adele Dazeem.” This refers to the moment in which John Travolta mispronounced the actress and singer’s name on stage at The Academy Awards in 2014. For Menzel, her breakfast order consists of an Egg McMuffin with no bacon and a McCafe Latte.

Julia Fox, Jackie Chan, Edgar Ramírez and Kieran Culkin

Perhaps the most jarring order on this list comes from actress and social media personality Julia Fox, who first came onto people’s radar when she appeared in the 2019 film Uncut Gems with Adam Sandler. An ideal McDonald’s breakfast for her consists of one hot chocolate with extra whipped cream, three chocolate chip cookies and an order of hotcakes with not one, not two, but 10 extra sides of syrup—we now officially love her more than ever! The ad concludes with Jackie Chan’s order, consisting of a sausage, egg and cheese McGriddle, a coffee and an apple pie, followed by that of Edgar Ramírez, who gets a bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle, a hash brown and coffee. And finally, there’s Kieran Culkin’s order: a small Coke.

“There’s only one meal Hollywood relies on after its biggest night,” the commercial concludes.
