1. Classic American flag pedicure

What’s more patriotic than an American flag? The design is easy to recreate and perfectly encapsulates the 4th of July spirit.

Get the look:

  1. Paint all toenails besides the big toe two coats of red polish, like OPI Nail Lacquer in Big Apple Red. On the big toenail, paint two coats of royal blue polish, like essie Nail Polish in Butler Please. Let all dry completely.
  2. On the big toenail, either hand paint the white stars with a white stripee polish, like Color Club Nail Art Striper in White, or if you want something a bit easier, place 3-5 star nail decals, like Olive & June Star Nail Stickers, on the nail.
  3. On the rest of the toenails, use the white striping polish to paint two thin horizontal stripes. Let dry.
  4. Seal all toenails with clear top coat.

  1. Paint the big toenail two coats of royal blue polish, like Orly Nail Polish in It’s Brittney, Beach. On the rest of the toes, alternate between red polish, like Sally Hansen Insta-Dri Nail Color in That’s A-Blazing, and white polish, like OPI Nail Lacquer in Alpine Snow. Let all dry completely.
  2. On the big toenail, use a nail dotting tool, like COMIART Dotting Tool Set, and white polish to place small polka dots all over the toenail. Note: These don’t have to be perfectly spaced out! Let dry.
  3. Seal all toenails with clear top coat.

3. Adorable strawberry toenails

If you want to change up the typical 4th of July nail design, opt for summery, fruity nail art instead. These strawberries can look festive for the 4th because of the red, and also work past the holiday!

Get the look:

  1. Paint all toenails except the big toe with two coats of bright red polish, like essie Gel Couture Nail Polish in Electric Geometric. Let dry
  2. On the big toenails, paint two coats of a sheer nude polish, like OPI Nail Lacquer in Bubble Bath; Let dry.
  3. On the big toenail, use a red striping polish like Color Club Nail Art Striper in Red on Red to paint on 3-5 small ovals, with a point at the bottom, to represent strawberries. Use a green striping polish like Color Club Nail Art Striper in Green to create the stems of the strawberries. Then, in the empty space between the strawberries use a white striping polish like Color Club Nail Art Striper in White to paint small white flowers. Top off the flowers with a small red dot in the center of each.
  4. Seal with top coat.

4. Stunning sparkling stars and stripes pedicure

A little glitter never hurt! And, it goes right on theme with the 4th of July because your toes will sparkle like the fireworks!

Get the look:

  1. On all toenails, paint two coats of a glittery red nail polish, like ILNP Nail Polish in Joy. Let dry completely.
  2. On the big toenail, paint the lower half corner with a shimmery blue nail polish, like China Glaze Nail Polish in Sapphire Up. Let dry.
  3. Next, use a white striper polish, like Color Club Nail Art Striper in White, to create two curved stripes, one lining the blue edge and the next slightly above. Then, paint on 4-6 small white stars in the blue section. Let dry.
  4. Seal all toenails with clear top coat.

5. Radiant red, silver and blue pedicure

We like this spin on the typical red, white and blue pedi by replacing the white with shiny silver!
