Perk Up Your Bosom With Quick Fixes For Crepey Skin, Sagging, and Irritating Rashes

You’ve concealed it all winter, but come summer, it’s hard to hide a crepey chest, droopy bust, or warm weather-induced, beneath-the-bra heat rash. Here’s help:

Chest-Smoothing Lotion

Rub a lotion made of blackberry and dill, like Aveeno Absolutely Ageless Restorative Night Cream ($25.99, Ulta), onto crepey skin twice a day, says New York City dermatologist Joshua Zeichner, MD. “Both contain collagen- and elastin-stimulating antioxidants to double up on skin-tightening benefits for smoother skin in three weeks!”

Boob-Boosting Move

Grab two same-size water bottles, lie on your back, and hold your arms straight above your chest. Then bend your elbows, lowering the bottles down to your shoulders. Do two sets of 15 five time a week for results in three weeks.

This strengthens the pectoral major and minor muscles to perk up saggy breasts.

Rash-Thwarting Powder

Mix 1/2 Tbsp. of cornstarch and 2 drops of tea tree essential oil, then spread onto and under breasts twice a week, says celebrity aesthetician Elizabeth Donat. “Cornstarch absorbs rash-causing moisture, while tea tree oil’s anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory properties nix infection and irritation to soothe and protect skin all season long.”
