Brittany is a Connecticut native who spent most of her adult life in NYC and now calls Philadelphia home. She’s on the commerce editorial team at Bauer Media, and has previously contributed food and lifestyle stories to Eater, Thrillist, Time Out, Bustle, New York Magazine, and more. Few things give her as much joy as geeking out with other people about food and exploring a city’s pastry scene. As a former professional baker, she’s adamant about being a cake person (sorry, pie!), and thinks fruity desserts are far superior to chocolate ones. Brittany is also a member of Actors’ Equity Association, and has traveled the country performing in musicals.
