Owners sometimes get so bonded to their pets that they find it hard to leave 'em behind when they go away--even to the supermarket. Now it's true that those super-glue feelings of attachment tend to happen for the furrier members of our clans, especially cute puppies or kittens. But strong emotions toward the non-cuddlier types of pets can happen too.

Just to be clear, we don't condone this woman's actions. Sneaking any type of animal into a food store is a health code violation. Let's just hope she stuck to the dry good section of Kroger's--and got out pretty quickly before her guilty expression gave her away!
