Make Thanksgiving leftovers extra delish with a next-day turkey biscuit sandwich everyone will love!
1/4 cup cold butter, diced
1 1/4 cups all-purpose baking mix, like Bisquick
1/2 cup leftover mashed sweet potatoes (sweet or savory)
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbs. chopped fresh chives
1/4 cup leftover cranberry sauce
1 Tbs. Dijon mustard
1/2 cup sliced lettuce
2 cups sliced leftover cooked turkey
8 slices cheddar cheese
1 apple, thinly sliced
Heat oven to 400ºF. Using pastry blender, cut butter into baking mix until pea-size pieces form.

Combine next 3 ingredients; add to butter mixture, mixing until soft dough forms. Roll out to 3/4" thickness.
Using 2 1/4" cutter, cut 8 biscuits, rerolling scraps if needed. Place on baking pan. Bake 12 min. or until done.
Blend cranberry sauce and mustard. Split biscuits; layer with cranberry-sauce mixture and last 4 ingredients.
