For a clever alternative to a floral centerpiece, serve this creamy dip in a cabbage surrounded by clusters of colorful vegetables
4 oz. *blue cheese *(about 1 cup}
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped assorted fresh herbs, like basil, parsley and chives
In bowl, lightly mash blue cheese and sour cream. Add light mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and fresh herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Transfer dip to serving bowl. Chill until ready to serve.

To make cabbage bowl: Pull back dark outer leaves from cabbage to loosen. Carefully cut a circle into the top of the cabbage and hollow out using a melon baller or spoon. Place cabbage in serving bowl, then nestle desired vegetables between outer leaves and bowl. Fill bowl with dip.
