3/4 cup** corn**
1/2 cup cooked crumbled Italian sausage
1 Tbs. minced scallions
1 cup shredded cheddar-jack cheese blend, divided
3 Tbs. *cream cheese, *softened
12 jalapeño peppers, halved and seeded
2 Tbs. chopped fresh cilantro
In bowl, combine corn, sausage, scallions, 1/2 cup cheese and cream cheese; divide mixture evenly among peppers.
Heat grill. Arrange peppers over cooler side of grill. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and grill 3 min., or until cheese melts. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
