Sarah Teasdale said she shed a third of her body weight by eating more food than she was eating when she was heavier. Yes, you read that right.
The British woman said she lost four stone, or 56 pounds, on her diet because of the types of food she was eating. While she wasn't eating as many meals when she was overweight, she frequently indulged in high-fat pizzas and other junk food. So she cut them out and replaced them with high-protein and low-carb meals, like chicken and sweet potato chips. She also took up weight-lifting throughout the week. After a year passed, she saw big results with her weight loss.

She was inspired by her late dad, who sadly passed away due to heart disease. And she was also inspired by her boyfriend. He's a fitness enthusiast who was the first one able to explain to her the importance of eating more, not less and being active.
Teasdale said, "I never thought you could lose weight by eating more but I now eat five meals a day and I never feel hungry, yet I’m in the best shape of my life."
