Erica Wehrkamp came up with a cute Easter theme for her pregnancy announcement. Along with her nieces, she made a card for each parent with the words "somebunny loves you" and bunny handprints from both the nieces. Then she added a tiny handprint from "Baby Wehrkamp due in November."

Naturally, the grandparents-to-be were thrilled. But they were especially elated for their daughter because they knew how arduous the journey to get pregnant had been for Wehrkamp and her husband, of Fort Recovery, OH.
The Wehrkamps had been trying for eight years. They'd undergone the heartbreak of infertility, many costly IVF treatments, and a devastating miscarriage. After all that, they'd given up on their dreams of having a baby of their own.
Only a few months later, Wehrkamp found out she was pregnant--without any help. She broke the news to her parents a few weeks later.
But as heartwarming as the video is, this story has an even bigger twist. As her pregnancy progressed, Wehrkamp was diagnosed with fatty liver disease, a rare complication that can have serious consequences for moms and newborns. The new mom-to-be had to be airlifted to a hospital and undergo an emergency C-section at 35 weeks.
