All couples in long-term marriages usually have a tale or two about a time when things were, well, not always perfectly in sync. For country star Brad Paisley and his wife, actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley, the beginning of their relationship was no different.
Turns out, Paisley fell hard for his wife after seeing her on the big screen in that classic hit movie, "Father of the Bride." According to Taste of Country, he was on a date to see the movie with another girl when he realized he had more of a crush on the girl on-screen than he did on the one sitting next to him in the theater. (They broke up not long after.)
Then, "He stalked me. That’s the long and the short of it,” Williams-Paisley once jokingly told an interviewer. Willing to do anything to get to know her, Brad picked his future wife as his love interest in the music video for his 2002 song "I’m Gonna Miss Her." Although the Brad in the video chose fishing over his relationship with Kimberly, the real life couple quickly became an item and eventually tied the knot in 2003.
“He says it was love at first sight for him, and for me it was more like love at first month or two.” The couple were married in 2003 and have two children.
