If you read the words "personality test" and rolled your eyes, hear us out first! True, a lot of these tests might just feel like someone picked personality traits out of a hat and they were so, so wrong, but this time we have the backing of science.
Juliet A. Boghossian, a behavioral food expert, teamed up with Baskin-Robbins, and together they surveyed 1,000 people on the way in which they ate their ice cream. As it turns out, it's not just your flavor of choice that says a lot about you. It's also how you eat your ice cream. Are you an ice cream sandwich gal or do you prefer is straight from the pint?

You're an optimist! Chances are you're a softy (which probably makes you a favorite among the grandkids), but that's okay. It just means that you have a lot of emotions and feelings. You feel a sense of purpose in life, and that's why you like the no-waste aspect of an ice cream cone.
If you like your sweet treat in a waffle cone, you like tradition. You're more of the nurturing type, and if there's a party, you're most likely the host. If you're a sugar cone all the way, people think you're the life of the party. You're witty, edgy, and just a little bit over-the-top.
You're a realist! You know that a cone means a sticky mess, so you prefer a bowl. Boghossian says you're the person everyone wants in their corner because you're a hard worker, responsible, and family-oriented. Can we be friends with you?
Maybe you use a bowl but you always make your ice cream a hot fudge sundae? You're loyal and ambitious. The fact that you're not content with plain ice cream so you add whipped cream and hot fudge is a tell-tale sign of that ambition. You know what you want, and you go after it.
You're eccentric! You're creative, and you like to experiment, hence the mixing of textures and flavors to make an ice cream sandwich. Let's say you want to kick it up a notch and make it a cookie ice cream sandwich? Girl, you are anything but boring! Ice cream cookie sandwich lovers can be either introverted or extroverted, but they're both impulsive and artistic.
You're pragmatic! Why bother with bowls, and cones, and cookies when you could go straight to the source? You're all about efficiency and probably a strong leader, too. People who like eating digging into the pint are usually resourceful introverts.
Add herbs to your desserts and we promise you can call it healthy!
