All of us give a little shiver of apprehension when we pass by a house or yard with a "Beware of Dog" sign. You never know if a huge, ferocious hound is going to come running out if it just catches your scent or is just having a bad day.
But it turns out that sometimes the signs stretch the truth a bit. Either the dog is a total sweetheart, or more scared of you, or just lazy. And sometimes the animal that resides on the property isn't a dog at all.

It's a moose--with another, perhaps smaller, moose lurking behind the first one.
The only way we would be afraid of this little guy is if he’s illustrating what’s going to happen to you if you step into his yard. But we’re guessing this is a call for belly rubs.
