Layering taco meat in a muffin pan with wonton wrappers and cheese adds a fun twist to a dinnertime favorite.
½ lb. ground beef
1 can (16 oz.)** refried beans**
1 pkg. **(1 oz.) taco seasoning**
¼ cup chopped cilantro
48 wonton wrappers
3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1½ cups sour cream
½ cup diced red onions
1 cup diced red peppers
In skillet, cook beef until browned. Add beans, taco seasoning, cilantro and 2/3 cup water. Let simmer 5 min.
Place 24 wrappers in greased 12-well muffin pans; coat with cooking spray. Spoon ½ beef and ½ cheese into wells.
Repeat layering with remaining wrappers, beef and cheese. Bake at 350°F for 10 min. Top with last 3 ingredients.
