The surprising (and simple!) way we’re adding organic style to our autumn tabletops: etched pumpkin soup servers.
To do: Cut off the top of each 6" pumpkin and scoop out the flesh. Draw scroll and scallop patterns on each pumpkin with a marker, then use a paring knife to etch the pattern into the surface of the skin to reveal the yellow rind underneath. Fill bowls with soup…and get ready to collect compliments!
