1 cup poppy seed dressing, like Brianna’s
2 Tbs. *orange juice *
2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced
8 cups baby spring lettuce
1 cup shredded or 2 cups diced *Swiss cheese *
1 cup dried *cranberries *
1 cup toasted *pecans *
2 Tbs. sliced fresh mint leaves
In bowl, combine poppy seed dressing and orange juice; divide evenly among four 1/2- to 1-liter jars or containers.
Divide strawberries, lettuce, Swiss, cranberries, pecans and mint evenly among jars, layering as desired; close jars. (If using large jars, they won’t be filled to the top.)
