Winter is well underway, which for many of us means cozy nights inside by the fireplace. Unfortunately, those times of relaxation often get disrupted by pesky cold drafts coming in from underneath the door.
But did you know that there's a super easy way to stop those annoying gusts of cold air and stay warm? There is, and the best part is, you can make it with an item that you definitely still have left over from Christmas. That's right, you can use two empty gift wrapping paper tubes to banish drafts for good! And the process is so simple. Other than the tubes, all that's needed for this DIY project is an old pair of tights and scissors.
All you have to do is cut off one leg of the pair of tights, cover both tubes with the tight, cut the excess tight off, tuck the ends of the tight in the tubes, and slide the finished product under the door so there is a tube on each side. Ta-da!
