A hollowed-out watermelon makes a wonderfully whimsical beverage cooler.
What you'll need:
Large metal spoon
To do: Using a serrated knife, cut a 1⁄4"-thick slice from the bottom of a melon to create a flat base for stability. Next, cut a 3"-thick slice off the top of the melon, then scoop out the fruit with a large metal spoon. To finish, fill the melon three-quarters of the way with ice and gently insert bottles using a twisting motion.
