1/2 cup silken tofu
1/2 cup *white cranberry juice *
1⁄/3 cup fresh or frozen *blueberries *
1/⁄4 cup fresh or frozen chopped strawberries and/or raspberries
1 Tbs. strawberry preserves
In blender, puree all ingredients 30 sec. or until smooth. Serve immediately.
