This scrumptious side is so easy: Just toss, grill and enjoy!
1 Tbs. chopped fresh thyme
1 Tbs.** Dijon mustard**
1 Tbs. butter, melted
1 Tbs. olive oil
2 lbs. baby red and/or white potatoes, quartered
2** bell peppers**, sliced
6 cloves garlic, peeled
Heat grill. In bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Add potatoes, bell peppers, and garlic; toss gently to coat.
Spoon potato mixture onto center of 14" square of heavy-duty foil. Season with salt and pepper. Fold foil over potatoes; press to seal tightly.
Grill packet 30 min. or until potatoes are tender, shaking occasionally.
