This sweet and salty treat is a not-so-guilty pleasure to snack on while enjoying a movie at-home!
Here’s our delicious simple recipe:
1/2 cup caramel sauce, like Mrs. Richardson’s
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
8 cups air-popped popcorn
Heat oven to 250°F. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray. In microwave-safe measuring cup, combine caramel sauce, sea salt and cinnamon. Microwave 15 sec. or until melted. In large bowl, gently toss air-popped popcorn with caramel mixture to coat. Spread popcorn mixture evenly on baking sheet. Bake 25 min. Let cool. Break up large pieces of mixture.
