VICTORIA, British Columbia -- Party time for the royal family in Canada! On September 29, Prince William, Kate Middleton, and their children attended a kid-focused celebration for military families, complete with a balloon animal artist, pony rides, bunnies and dogs to snuggle, and more.

Prince George went bonkers over bubbles, and Princess Charlotte had a blast with the balloons, as you can see in the quick clip below. But what's really exciting royal-family fans is that the almost-17-month-old princess was overheard uttering words for the first time in public. And if you listen very carefully to this video, you might hear her say, "Pop, pop!"

Well, that's what those in attendance reported she said, but at least you can hear Prince William repeat back to her, "Do they go pop?" in the above footage.
