For Valentine’s Day treats that will make your loved ones smile, whip up these heart-shaped brownies. Mixing the ingredients into white chocolate adds a touch of sweetness that makes them irresistible!
Here’s the yummy recipe:
2 (4 oz.) bars white chocolate, _chopped and divided _
12 oz. cream cheese, melted
1 (16.5 oz.) box red velvet cake mix, _sifted _
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup low-fat milk
2 large eggs
In large microwave safe-bowl, heat 4 oz. chocolate 30 sec. or until melted, stirring once; stir in cream cheese.
In bowl, combine next 4 ingredients and 4 oz. chocolate; spread 3/4 batter in foil-lined and greased 9" x 13" baking pan. Top with dollops of cream-cheese mixture and remaining batter. Swirl with knife.
Bake at 325°F for 15 min. or until done. Let cool. Cut into hearts, if desired.
