1 bag (6 oz.) baby spinach
1 medium red onion, _sliced _
2 medium carrots, shredded
2 cups halved grape tomatoes
1 medium cucumber, _sliced _
2 cups corn
2 cups shredded *radicchio *
2 cups shredded** romaine lettuce**
3/4 cup light *Italian dressing *
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
2 Tbs. grated Parmesan cheese
1. In serving bowl, layer spinach, onions, carrots, tomatoes, cucumbers, corn, radicchio and romaine lettuce.
2. In bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, chopped basil and Parmesan cheese. Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.
