Kensington Palace has always had the reputation of the least stuffiest royal family home. Queen Elizabeth's glamorous younger sister, Princess Margaret, lived there--and threw parties attended by some of the biggest celebs of her day (think Mick Jagger and Peter Sellers). Kate, William, and Harry use Kensington as their London home--Kate and William in a set of apartments in the palace, Harry in a two-bedroom cottage on the grounds. The trio renovated Diana's former apartment into offices. And now they're getting a new neighbor--and it's another member of their royal clan.
Princess Eugenie, the daughter of Sarah Ferguson and Prince Andrew, is said to be moving into a three-bedroom cottage near Harry's. Like her royal first cousins, she's also in line for the throne (she's number 8). Here she is last month with her mom, Sarah.

She's been living with her sister, Beatrice, but maybe she couldn't resist the chance to live on her own--and still stay close enough to family to drop by for tea. No word on what she'll pay for rent but royal watchers say that similar apartments in London fetch $4,500 a week! Wow!
