Pope Francis loves children. And it's a sure bet that any time he's wading into a crowd or riding in the Popemobile, he'll stop to bless dozens of babies and toddlers.
But one particular baby this past Saturday in Philadelphia cracked him up. The baby was Quinn Madden, whose parents had dressed her up as a pint-sized pontiff. As the Popemobile rounded the corner, her parents held her up, hoping to catch the Pope's eye.
Success! One of the security guards came to scoop up the baby and bring her to Pope Francis.
The pope kissed Quinn and then sent her back to her parents with a message via the security guard: Tell the parents they have a great sense of humor.
Baby Quinn seems to have enjoyed her encounter!
