2 Ozery Bakery Multigrain OneBuns, split in half
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup red bell peppers, chopped
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: Arugula to garnish
1. Spread 2 tsp of sauce onto each of the four buns.
2. Top each bun with 2 tsp of onions and peppers, and 2 oz of cheese.
3. Broil for 4-7 minutes, or until the cheese begins to brown and the bun edges begin to crisp.
4. Let cool and enjoy!
