1 pkg. (15 oz.) fresh whole-wheat pizza dough
1⁄2 cup roasted garlic–tomato pasta sauce
1 bag (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
20 slices turkey pepperoni
1 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
Heat oven to 450ºF. Coat pizza pan with cooking spray. Roll dough into 12" circle. Spread sauce on dough. Arrange vegetables and pepperoni on sauce. Spray lightly with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 20 min. or until done and crust is golden and cheese becomes bubbly. Let sit 10 min. before serving.
