For a night full of family fun, whip up this haunted and hearty Halloween treat
1 onion, peeled and chopped
1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
2 Tbs. olive oil
2 lbs.** ground beef**
3 large eggs
11⁄4 cups quick-cook oats
1 Tbs. fresh** thyme**
1⁄2 cup** ketchup **
1 tube (11 oz.) refrigerated bread-stick dough
2 cups cooked fusilli
1 cup marinara sauce
Heat oven to 350°F. Combine first 8 ingredients; press into greased ovenproof bowl. Bake 45 min. and unmold.
Drape breadsticks over meatloaf. Bake 15 min. on parchment-lined baking sheet. Toss pasta and sauce.
Top meat loaf with pasta. Use radish, olive and scallion for eyes, if desired.
