The Dutch mom's explanation? She wanted to bridge the gap between her son's needs to have his own space and HER need to "smother him with love." So she came up with this idea, and spent two months making it. Her son even helped with the project--he loved the idea.
Voorsluijs called the project her "tribute to puberty." No word yet on whether she's still cuddling with it!
