What diet is Miranda Lambert on?

Fortunately, the Miranda Lambert-workout-and-diet plan isn’t as over-the-top intense as you might imagine it would be. As luck would have it, Miranda Lambert’s diet and exercise regiment are actually pretty doable!

Her tricks for slimming down and staying lean are surprisingly no-brainer — and she doesn’t deny herself, either! The country singer has said that in 2012, she started adding a few small, healthy changes to her already hectic lifestyle. Miranda Lambert’s diet plan wasn’t crazy, and it didn’t involve weight loss surgery — a rumor that got started in late 2016 after she hit some award show red carpets looking decidedly more toned and trim.

“I lost my weight the healthy and good old-fashioned way: Watching what I eat and working out with my trainer,” Lambert said at the time, blasting her critics and tabloids that started the false allegations. “It’s not about a scale. It’s about how you feel and how your jeans fit. I am proud to be a normal size girl and I want to encourage everyone to be confident at any size.”

Talk about words to live by! Though the Miranda diet produced a stunning 45-pound weight loss, we hear she still enjoys meals and drinks out with friends, and doesn’t live by any strict diet or workout regimen. We’re so glad Miranda never gave into the pressure celebrities are under to look a certain way. She’s gorgeous at any size — and her healthy outlook on weight loss is something to cheer!
