No frying pans required! You can easily make scrambled or poached eggs in just 3 minutes by nuking them in the microwave.
For the scrambled option, simply beat milk and eggs in a bowl, sprinkle the concoction with salt and pepper, then zap it in the microwave for a minute-and-a-half. Stop to stir, then continue to cook for the remaining time.
For poached eggs, add one egg, 1/3 cup water, and about 1/2 teaspoon vinegar to a microwave-safe bowl. Cover and cook on 50-percent to 80-percent power for 60 seconds. If the egg is not quite done, place your bowl back in the microwave and cook on 50-percent power in 20 second bursts.
